How to make yogurt and yogurt cheese workshop

This workshop will be held on Thursday, April 13 at 6:30, instead of on April 5. All other details will be the same.

The West River Community Project is holding a workshop on how to make yogurt and yogurt cheese on Wednesday, April 5, at 6:30. Come and learn a simple and efficient way to make your own yogurt. Then learn how to turn plain yogurt into delicious yogurt cheese, flavored with herbs and other tasty additions. The workshop will be held in the WRCP kitchen in the basement of the West Townshend Country Store.
