Rt 121 Culvert Project Local Concerns Meeting – Second public discussion and Q&A with project engineer (Brent Rakowski/Otter Creek Engineering) and project manager (Margo Ghia/Windham Regional Commission). Otter Creek Engineering will be presenting design alternatives being considered to replace the failed metal pipe that passes beneath Route 121 (on the gravel section of the road, not far from the intersection with Windham Hill Road). Purpose of the presentation is to seek input on the project and ultimately select a preferred alternative for further development. The project construction/completion is anticipated for summer 2023.

Discuss creation of a committee to study/recommend use of ARPA funds (first annual report due by 10.31.2021 and subsequently on that date each year.)
