  1.  Status of reestablishing the tax exempt status of the “Friends”
  2. Status of recruiting new members of the “Friends”
  3. Further discussion of the timing for “change of ownership” and the specific steps needed to be outlined
  4. Summary of the timing for the Towns’ property Ins. Carrier to establish ins. Costs
  5. Further discussion of “usage fees” for the Meeting House. And possible
  6. Estimate of Elizabeth Stevens time and costs of property ownership review
