  1. Start recording & call meeting to order
  2. Additions/deletions and/or changes to the agenda
  3. Announcements/reminders
  4. Act on minutes from the December 30, 2024 Selectboard Meeting
  5. Public Comment – Limit of 3 minutes/comment. Limited to topics that are not on the agenda. Comments should be directed to the chair with order maintained. The selectboard cannot discuss items that are not on this agenda.
  6. Correspondence – Limit to topics that are not on the agenda. There can be no public comments or selectboard discussion of correspondence at this meeting.
  7. Payroll/Bills: Discussion/motions to approve check warrant report(s) (Kord will sign if approved)
  8. Staff Reports with Discussion and Possible Decisions
  • Road Foreman – Richard Paré/Kord (discuss taking over the last section of Woodburn Road)
  • Grant Strategist – Cathy Fales (updates as needed)
  • Planning/Energy – Bill Dunkel (updates as needed)
  • Town Clerk – Ellen McDuffie (updates as needed)

9. 2025 Budget and Warning planning

  • Update on budget planning – Michael
  • Continue discussion re changing town clerk and town treasurer to appointed/hired positions – All
  • Continue discussion re changing structure of the board of listers – All
  • Continue discussion re warning articles as needed – Michael
  • Discuss/schedule additional meetings re the budget and warning – Kord

10. New Business

  • Update on highway data for the bi-annual FHWA-536 report – Kord

11. Old Business

  • Update of noise issue related to Frendly Gathering – Kord
  • Report of first year of Solar production – Mac

12. Adjourn meeting & stop recording.
