Started Google calendar for Committee members.
Elevator inspection completed on February 6. Will add reminder to next year’s calendar.
Fire Extinguisher annual maintenance occurred February 13. Will add reminder to next year’s calendar.
PACIF Risk Management Report.
Facility Use & Rental Agreement – need to take up work on this again.
Monetary donations to The Meeting House.

⦁ Old Business
Furnace appears to be in working order – thanks Kord and Imme.
Lock Box is now available for temporary access to the building.
Water filter replacement – where are we Tom?
Fire Alarm system – await info from George and Kord.
Fire Suppression Hood system – await info from George.
American & Vermont flags/stands purchased.
Game Day – 1st event held Feb 7; 2nd event Feb 21.
Generator funding – should be able to discuss this shortly.
