The Windham Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the
Meeting House (26 Harrington Rd) on Monday, March 10, 2025,
starting at 6:00PM about the following proposed changes to its zoning
regulations:

● Changes about housing mandated by state legislation
● Clearer language about density standards and definitions of
structures
● Making in-ground swimming pools and sports courts conditional
uses, instead of permitted uses, in historic districts
● New regulations for recreational vehicles
