1) Start recording & call meeting to order
2) Selectboard members take the Oath of Office (JP Mac administers the Oath)
3) Elect Selectboard Chair & Vice Chair
4) Additions/deletions and/or changes to the agenda
5) Announcements/reminders
6) Act on minutes from the February 24, 2025 Selectboard Meeting and March 4, 2025 Town Meeting
7) Public Comment – Limit of 3 minutes/comment. Limited to topics that are not on the agenda. Comments should be directed to the chair with order maintained. The selectboard cannot discuss items that are not on this agenda.
8) Correspondence – Limit to topics that are not on the agenda. There can be no public comments or selectboard discussion of correspondence at this meeting.
9) Payroll/Bills: Discussion/motions to approve check warrant report(s) (Kord will sign if approved)

10) Staff Reports with Discussion and Possible Decisions
A) Grant Strategist – Cathy Fales (grant updates)
B) Zoning Admin – Will Goodwin (discuss charging fee for zoning compliance letters/CAI mapping)
C) Listers – Antje Ruppert (updates on Lister activities)
D) Planning/Energy – Bill Dunkel (update on various Planning Com & Energy Com matters)

11) New Business
A) Discuss Town Meeting (what went well, what didn’t, etc.) – All
B) Discuss Everett Hammond’s recommendation re Abbott Road culvert replacement project – Kord
C) Award the Route 121 culvert replacement per Otter Creek’s recommendation – Kord
D) Discuss the Nature Conservancy offer in lieu of taxes – Kord
E) Discuss appointing Margo Ghia as MPM for Salt Shed project – Kord

12) Reorganization for 2025
A) Review, revise, adopt Rules of Procedure
B) Discuss compliance requirements re Open Meeting Law & Municipal Code of Ethics (training and other steps are needed)
C) Designate day, time, and place of regular Selectboard meetings
D) Designate locations for posting meeting notices
E) Designate newspaper of record for public notices
F) Designate one Selectboard member to sign pay orders on behalf of Selectboard

13) Executive Session regarding appointments for Town Officials/Committee Members
14) Adjourn meeting and stop recording.
