  2. Additions/deletions and/or changes to the agenda
  3. Announcements/reminders
  4. Act on minutes from the November 4, 2024 Selectboard Meeting
  5. Public Comment – Limit of 3 minutes/comment. Limited to topics that are not on the agenda. Comments should be directed to the chair with order maintained. The selectboard cannot discuss items that are not on this agenda.
  6. Correspondence – Limited to topics that are not on the agenda. There can be no public comments or selectboard discussion of correspondence at this meeting.
  7. Payroll/Bills: Discussion/motions to approve check warrant report(s) (Kord will sign if approved)
  8. Guest and Staff Reports with Discussion and Possible Decisions
    1. Windham Regional Commission – Mike McConnell (MERP grant award)
    2. Grant Strategist – Cathy Fales (VCRD award)
    3. Brattleboro Development Credit Corp.– Meg Staloff (support for So. VT Economy Project)
    4. Listers – Antje Ruppert (GMP homestead classification change, etc.)
    5. Planning/Energy – Bill Dunkel (update on activities)
    6. Town Clerk / Election Officer – Ellen McDuffie (misc. updates)
  9. New Business
    1. Discuss appointment of Will Goodwin as ZA – Kord/Bill
    2. TAP/Hazard Mitigation Grant for West Windham Road stream bank damage – Kord
  10. Old Business
    1. Discuss outreach letter to residents re town job openings – Michael
    2. Update re School Building – Michael
    3. Discuss process and schedule for budget development — Kord
  11. Executive Session re “the appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee”.                                    (Include motion and stop and restart recording.)
  12. Adjourn regular meeting & stop recording.
